10 Best Celebrity Cameos In How I Met Your Mother

The best celebrity cameo in all of How I Met Your Mother comes in Season 2's Aldrin Justice, when future Breaking Bad star Bryan Cranston, then famous for his hilarious portrayal of Hal in Malcolm in the Middle, appears as Ted's boss Hammond Druthers.
Cranston eats up the screen, playing Druthers as a psychotic villain. The scene where he knocks a little boy's ice cream cone out of his hand and laughs in his face about it is one of the funniest in the entire show.
In his second appearance in Season 2, Columns, Cranston brings out a different, more pathetic side of Druthers, as a man whose life is falling apart. Cranston makes Druthers surprisingly human, but still showcases just how evil he can be.
Druthers pops up once more, in the Season 9 episode Platonish, to offer Ted a job in Chicago. Although it's only a quick appearance, he still steals the show, as he always does.
