10 Best Parks And Recreation Episodes

1. Li'l Sebastian

What is there to say about Li'l Sebastian that hasn't already been said? He was a hero, a legend even, and his untimely death sent out reverberations of shock throughout the world. Why is it that creatures like Li'l Sebastian have to die while people like Donald Trump are still sucking up oxygen? But life isn't fair, and with that in mind the Pawnee community had to say goodbye to their local celebrity. This episode is sort of like a microcosm of everything that is good about Parks and Recreation. Ron explains his deep emotions about Li'l Sebastian passing in a typically monotone voice. Entertainment 720 makes a hilariously sincere documentary about him to air at the memorial service, complete with a bizarre, quasi-English voiceover courtesy of Tom Haverford. Leslie and Ben are, as usual, adorable in their attempts to hide their relationship. Jerry screws everything up, not that that's a surprise to anyone. And Donna steals the show with a little bit of opera, no big deal (Donna might be a superhero you guys). If you didn't feel at least a little bit broken up about Li'l Sebastian after Mouse Rat's performance of 5000 Candles in the Wind, check to make sure you didn't accidentally sign your soul away to Satan last time you were drunk. Because no human with a soul can not be emotionally affected by this episode.
