10 Best The Walking Dead Tattoos You Must See
Sure, you love the show. But would you go under the needle for The Walking Dead?
If you are looking for a way to stand out at your next Comic-Con, fear not Dead Heads, put away the crossbow, hang up the cosplay. Here is some "inkspiration" straight from Robert Kirkman's The Walking Dead on how you can be the ultimate superfan.
Whilst Michael Schofield's Prison Break adventure may have involved a lot of ink, it is nothing compared to the fandom of The Walking Dead fans. With everything from heads in fishtanks to Funko Pops etched on their skin, the fanbase is much more alive than their zombie counterparts.
Bearing torn apart by ravenous walkers is definitely up their on the pain scale, but so is going under the needle for hour upon hour of TWD torture. These fans suffered for their art, and for their love of the TV show.
10. R.I.P Hershel
Poor Hershel Greene - the one-legged Santa who never stood a chance in the cruel world of the zombie apocalypse. Whilst we still may not be over the ol' timer's death, he has thankfully been remembered in the world of the Funko Pop.
The giant-headed toys have rightly immortalised Hershel in all his glory. There are Walking Dead Funko Pops for each season, ranging from Morgan and his stick, to Daryl and his bike.
However, a tattoo of a Hershel Funko Pop - that's a first. From that period between him losing his leg and losing his head, this cheeky chappy adds cuteness to the horror of a zombie world and presumably takes away from the pain of being inked. Personally I would have liked to have seen a tattoo depicting his head-flying demise, but that is my own morbid curiosity.
