The littlest cowboy in the West, Carl Grimes's famous "eye shot" scene has been brought out in colourful tattoo form. The tattoo depicts the exact moment the idiotic Douglas Monroe hails bullets on the young Grimes Jr. The show swapped out Douglas for the dastardly Ron, but the outcome was exactly the same.
Most people would think that having half your head blown off might hinder your performance, but unless Negan's bat takes a swing, this is just the beginning for Carl. Whilst the show is yet to give us the full gruesome extent of Carl's injuries, the comic books give a pretty good indication of all the nasty going on under that eye patch.
