10 Best TV Episodes Of 2013

10. Archer €“ "Fugue And Riffs"

Archer is the best animated comedy on television right now. Every week you can count on the FX vehicle to provide some snappy dialogue and more than the occasional witticism, all blended into an anachronistic modern day spy world where things like data tapes are still relevant. A big portion of the show's success, beyond its incredible writing, is the work of H. Jon Benjamin, who gives voice to main character Sterling Archer and does it better than anyone else could ever hope to. That said, the second-best animated comedy on television today is the FOX property Bob's Burgers, about a rundown family man trying to make ends meet operating his own burger restaurant. Benjamin voices Bob Belcher in that one, and again his work is impeccable. When the two shows crossed over this year it provided incredible amusement for fans of both, and brought together two of the best characters in animated comedy today. Taking the two funniest things on television and combining them apparently makes the product twice as funny. Thanks to Archer, that's now proven entertainment math. Why It's On The List: If you're a fan of both shows, there's no way you can't watch the below scene without a big grin on your face. Archer as Bob working at the restaurant, complete with absurd spy violence and the crackling wit both shows are known for.
