10 Craziest Christmas Moments In TV History

4. South Park - Mr Hankey The Christmas Poo

You don't tune into South Park at Yuletide expecting chestnuts roasting on an open fire. Chef's chocolate salty balls maybe, but nothing that can be described as wholesome. This show regularly parodies Jesus and once had Stan and the gang battling a worldwide network of paedophiles. Leave your innocence at the door.

Mr Hankey however set new standards for barf-inducing hilarity, emerging from the toilet bowl in our next moment of madness to greet children with a happy cry of "Hi-de-ho!" Trey Parker and Matt Stone even went as far as to have Hankey leave faecal traces wherever he hopped.

When TV was invented, little did those first pioneering broadcasters suspect that the stuff they were flushing away between takes would in a matter of decades be front of camera for the world to chuckle about. At Christmas to boot!
