Following her disastrous date with Jim, Phoebe, undeterred by her previous experience with fate, begins dating Parker (Alec Baldwin), a seemingly pleasant man she meets in her new dry cleaners. His overwhelmingly happy personality and habit of ridiculously over-complimenting the most trivial things doesnt take long to grate on her, as well as everyone else. After he joins them to attend Monica and Ross parents anniversary party in the magical land of Massapequa and treats everything with complete adulation, Phoebe and Parker break up in an argument he even compliment her on as he is leaving the apartment. Craziest Moment "It's like I want to take a mental picture of you all. Click!" When they arrive at Monica and Ross' parents' anniversary party, Parker expresses his unbridled joy at being there with everyone in Event Room C. His method of cementing the moment in his memory is somewhat unorthodox.
