Wow...this one's a trainwreck. Where do we start? Well, we might as well begin at the beginning. Cersei has always resented little Tyrion, because her mother died giving birth to him. She also has a very taboo relationship with her twin brother Jaime -- we learn in the very first episode that they've been sleeping together for quite some time, and that the three children Cersei has been passing off as her offspring with King Robert are actually Jaime's. So for those of you keeping score at home, that's adultery, incest, and a scandal involving illegitimate royal (sort of) children. Yikes. While Tyrion and Jaime have a reasonably healthy relationship with one another, both of their interactions with their sister are about as far from normal as it's possible to go. Most girls don't sleep with one of their brothers and try to get the other one executed for regicide. Cersei isn't most girls. But it's sort of unfair to give her all the blame. After all, it wasn't exactly her idea to have sex with her brother next to her son's dead body. That would be Jaime's, and it appears that we're all going to pretend that rape scene just didn't happen.
