10 Doctor Who Comics Fans Must Read
7. Time & Time Again
A much older comic from the early 90s, this Doctor Who adventure takes place across several different versions of London, and even went to the Time Lord homeworld of Gallifrey.
This comic was published for the 30th anniversary of the television show and was only 10 pages long, though at the time that was actually longer than most usual comic books. The comic was also printed in colour which is something that didn't happen regularly with the publisher DWM until the late 90s, making this a very unique comic.
The plot of this story revolves around an interesting idea, what would happen if the First Doctor never left Gallifrey? The answer was simple, the universe would be in total danger of falling to the Dalek empire and Earth has been invaded several times for its tactical importance in the galaxy.
The story focuses on the Seventh Doctor as he and his companions travel through time and space to find something called the Key to Time, which had appeared in the show before, to reset the timeline of the universe.
This story may be short, but it has several references to the classic Doctor Who series, and is a fitting tribute to 30 years of an excellent television program.
