1. Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D
Disney and Marvel are set to take over both the big and small screen this Fall with the debut of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D, a series set entirely within the shadowy spy agency with largely normal human beings rather than the superhero fare found in cinemas. What is more, Clark Gregg's Agent Coulson, who was thought to have died during The Avengers, is actually alive and leading a secret team of S.H.I.E.L.D. agents across the globe. This series has a lot of potential because it will focus on the regular people of the agency. So far in the Marvel films very few S.H.I.E.L.D. agents have been given any kind of development, often being used for cannon fodder. The series will be a breath of fresh air because it will finally make S.H.I.E.L.D. and its agents feel real instead of useless and incompetent fools. It would also be a crime not to mention Joss Whedon's involvement in the series and direction of the pilot episode. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T3T-evQZiQo While he'll probably be too busy with Avengers: Age of Ultron to pay more attention to the show, the fact he's had this much participation in its creation is a good sign.
