10. Neil Flynn

Seinfeld Appearance: "The Summer of George" Neil Flynn rose to fame in 2001 as the janitor of Sacred Heart hospital on "Scrubs". Week after week he would torment Dr. John Dorian with a series of head games that in reality, would probably not go over very well at a hospital. Four years earlier, Flynn made a brief appearance on "Seinfeld" as a cop that Elaine seeks out for help. She is afraid that a co-worker (played by Molly Shannon) is stalking her and planning to hurt her, so she notifies Flynn and his partner. When she is attacked right in front of him by Raquel Welch, Flynn's cop just stands back and admires the "catfight". I like to think that because of his non-action in breaking up the fight, Flynn was booted off the force. His release caused him to have a mental breakdown. When he recovered, the only job he could get was as a janitor at a hospital.
