10 Great TV Shows You'll Never Watch Again (And Why)

8. Battlestar Galactica (2004)

Game Of Thrones Danaerys Death

One of of the most popular science fiction reboots of all time, Battlestar Galactica took the original series and spun it for a new era. Fans were on board with the darker, grittier interpretation almost immediately. It's rare for a science fiction series to grab the attention of the masses in the pre MCU era when being a geek still wasn't cool, but Battlestar Galactica did it.

The ending of the reboot unfortunately left a lot of people scratching their heads. What was a relatively straightforward premise became increasingly convoluted over the last two seasons. There were too many curveballs, leaving fans more confused than anything. It also kind of ruins the Jimi Hendrix classic "All Along the Watchtower" for you.

Overall, the 2004 version of Battlestar Galactica is great but it's hard to re-watch once you know how unsatisfactory the ending is.
