9. Family Fortunes- A Type of Bean
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_2pdM2DLyA8 In a 2007 all-star episode of Family Fortunes, Irish TV personality Brian Dowling's Big Money segment got off to a rocky start. 93 points away from a big win, Dowling named tennis as a sport where something is thrown. Noticeably flustered by this response, he blurts out ("with glee", as the host says), that one goes to the salon for a "brazillian wax". It turns out to be the top answer, but Dowling knows that he's not about to get any points with his next response. When it turns out that baked bean had already been said, he didnt go for kidney or lima. Lesbian. When they scored his answers, he wanted it skipped entirely. The audience got a laugh all over again when it was written up on the board as Les Bean. The rest is game show history, immortalized on Dowlings Wikipedia page and funny TV moment countdowns everywhere.
