In Monica's very sweet wedding vows in Season 7 in "The One With Monica And Chandlers Wedding" she says she always wondered if she would someday find her soulmate and that Chandler is it.

Later, she contradicts herself though. In Season 8 in "The One Where Joey Tells Rachel" she tells Chandler that she doesn't believe in soulmates when he is worried that another man is her real soulmate. She says that she doesn't think that they were destined to be together, but that they work hard at their relationship. I'd be confused if I were Chandler, but it's still a sweet moment.
