2. "It's a Disgrace, Sending Your Little Brother Into Danger Like That. Family Is All We Have In The End, Mycroft Holmes." - Mrs. Hudson
Mrs. Hudson is such an amazing character and such a perfect motherly figure to Sherlock. She seems to always be the one who can truly get to him and make him smile when nobody else can. She always has something adorable or motherly to say and when she said this quote in A Scandal in Belgravia, you could see she really wanted Sherlock's brother Mycroft to start being a better big brother to Sherlock. What's funny is what Mycroft says to her, "Oh, shut up Mrs. Hudson" and Watson and Sherlock become protective of Mrs. Hudson and demand - in unison - that Mycroft apologizes to their housekeeper. What makes it funnier is that at the end of the scene Sherlock does actually tell Mrs. Hudson to shut up.
