7. Ramsay Snow/Bolton - Game Of Thrones
A relatively new character, but one that's more than earned his place on this list with his behaviour over the course of the last 2 seasons of HBO's Game Of Thrones. Ramsay (Iwan Rheon) clearly delights in inflicting as much pain and suffering as is humanly (or inhumanly) possible. His torture of Theon Greyjoy - who let's admit, kinda had at least some of it coming - reached a point that the poor sod's entire identity was torn away, and he became the pathetic "creature" Reek. Then of course there's his regular hunting trips, that see the girls who've "bored" him torn apart by hounds.
But it was when Ramsay turned his attention to the already so put-upon Sansa Stark and brutally raped her on their wedding night in the season 5 episode "Unbowed, Unbent, Unbroken" that he reached new levels of malevolence.
A bastard in every sense of the word.
