9. Justice League Snyder Cut
Warner Bros.' Justice League was released in cinemas back in 2017, with a collection of DC Comics' finest superheroes teaming up to bring Superman back from the dead and save the world.
The movie famously gained a controversial backlash after director Zack Snyder - who had to step back from the project after the tragic death of his daughter, with Warners bringing in Joss Whedon to take over the director's chair - announced that the cinematic release was nothing like he had originally planned. In turn, this caused angered fans to demand the release of Snyder's true vision of the movie, and this #ReleaseTheSnyderCut began trending online.
Three years later, Snyder finally announced that his edit would be coming. An epic black and white trailer followed soon after, showing previously unseen clips and dramatic changes in special effects that got fans excited for the change.
It has since been announced that the renamed 'Zack Snyder's Justice League' will be coming to HBO Max sometime in the new year and that it will be delivered as four one-hour chapters.
Whenever Snyder's Justice League will finally see the light of day is still under wraps, but it promises to be worth the wait.
