Nickelodeon was always great viewing on a Saturday morning - it signaled the beginning of the weekend and a whole two days of doing nothing but sitting in front of the TV watching some awesome shows. Alas all good things must come to an end and with the passing of time, these once great shows have disappeared- destined to only be shown in re-runs. Here we count down the ten best shows that Nickelodeon need to revive for at least one new series.
10. Rocko's Modern Life
Like every good cartoon- Rocko was full of surrealism. The show focused on an immigrant Wallaby called Rocko and it followed his adventures in O-Town. It followed him adapting to American life with his new friends Heffer a steer, Filbert the turtle and Rocko's dog called Spunky. The show itself was noted for its adult humor and innuendos. One of the main culprits of this was the local restaurant where they all hung out- named Chokey Chicken. You really don't need to be a rocket scientist to figure out why it was renamed Chewy Chicken in later series'.
