8. Tom Gazelian, "Cougar Town"
Most "Friends"-esque sitcoms have that one awkward neighbor, who is supposed to be exaggeratedly weird in an attempt to give viewers a cheap laugh. Tom definitely succeeds in the weirdness but he's just not that funny. Although I don't necessarily hate his character, I don't see the point of him being on this underrated comedy. He constantly makes weird and creepy comments through Jules's window. He constantly does things to try and be part of the gang and he constantly gets shut out (except for one recent episode). The most interesting thing about him is he's a neurosurgeon. I can't see myself ever jumping on the Tom bandwagon.
