When the official trailer for Jessica Jones was released in late October, it opened with the line: "A big part of the job is looking for the worst in people. Turns out, I excel at that". This shot followed and was instantly screencapped and spread about the internet, usually accompanied by some form of flame emoji or question about when Jones' mixtape was dropping. And fair enough. It's an instantly iconic image. Everything we've seen of the Ritter's Jones so far indicates that she's going to be one of the coolest characters on television. She's a hard-drinking, sexually liberated, superpowered woman who can rock an intense hooded stare better than anyone we've seen. We can't wait to see her in action.
