At first, Buffy struggles to overpower Kralik and spends most of her time running away. But after she becomes aware of Kralik’s pill dependency, she uses this to her advantage by filling his glass with holy water. Kralik then drinks from the glass and burns up from the inside.

The fact that Buffy managed to come up with this whilst being chased by a serial killer is truly remarkable, and it demonstrates her knack for finding solutions in pressured situations. Even without her powers, the Slayer is a force to be reckoned with.
