There is no doubt that Angela Basset is going to be yet another force to be reckoned with. The 56-year-old screen siren has a knack for playing the strong, independent woman who doesn't take anyone's nonsense and fans wouldn't have it any other way. Somehow Basset would look odd playing a damsel-in-distress type, but if it had to come to that in future seasons, she would probably pull it off regardless.
However, Ryan Murphy has confirmed on his Twitter feed that she will "be making lots of trouble with Lady Gaga in the ballroom and elsewhere". Hmm...
