6. Dr Spaceman (30 Rock)
Taking oddball doctors to the next level is the character of Dr. Spaceman in 30 Rock. Pronounced something like "Spa-Chemmin" to everyone but Tracy Jordan, who prefers to pronounce it as it looks. Almost every word that comes out of the doctor's mouth is weird, including once telling Tracy that his blood tastes like root beer. He also recommended crystal meth as a weight gain solution for Jenna, though he did make sure just how important "teeth retention" was to her. A true professional. Spaceman also seems to be a doctor with an aversion to needles, as seen when he had to inject Don Geiss after falling into a diabetic coma. Surprisingly, he got away with all his medical malpractice and ended up being promoted to the Surgeon General of the United States.
