8. Waller And Oliver Never Got Along

The season two finale revealed that not only did Oliver not spend the entire five years on Lian Yu, but he has had a connection to Amanda Waller since she took him off the island and dropped him in Hong Kong. Waller has been an interesting character so far. She is the leader of ARGUS, a government agency who is willing to use lethal force and even hardened criminals to get results. Some of Oliver's most dangerous opponents make up The Suicide Squad, with Waller as its leader. The trailer for season three reveals that Waller took Oliver to Hong Kong to work for her in some capacity, but Oliver was not as willing as she had hoped. A quick scene early in season two hinted that the two had history dating back to before Queen returned to Starling City. It appears we will get to see exactly why Oliver doesn't feel all warm and fuzzy toward Waller in the upcoming season.
