10 Things You Didn't Know About Charlie Cox

2. Cox Won A Screen Actors Guild Award In 2011 For His Role In Boardwalk Empire

In 2011, Boardwalk Empire picked up the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series - something for which Cox was heavily involved with at the time. Cox (picture above, third from left) featured as IRA volunteer "Owen Sleater" in seasons two and three of the popular gangster drama that is set in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Although it was a collective award for the whole cast, Cox's performances were highly acclaimed and he helped Boardwalk Empire to pick up the gong in 2011.
