Reedus was in a serious relationship with Danish supermodel Helena Christensen, though they never married before splitting up in 2003. During that time, they had a son named Mingus, named after legendary jazz musician Charles Mingus, who was born in 1999, and despite the split, Reedus and Christensen remain friends with joint custody of their son. Reedus has since dated several other models, and was spotted kissing Walking Dead co-star Laurie Holden (Andrea) but denied they were ever a couple, while Emily Kinney has naturally been linked to Reedus, though the only basis for that is their 'will they/won't they' relationship on The Walking Dead.
