Callies struck up a great friendship with Andrew Lincoln, and says that leaving behind such a fantastic group of actors was the hardest part of leaving The Walking Dead, with no higher praise dished out than what she gave to Lincoln. She explained to EW: "Andy Lincoln is one of the finest actors and finest human beings I€™ve ever met. Lincoln paid tribute to Callies in Artfino: "It€™s the worst thing about the job €” the only bad thing. We lose such beloved great friends first and foremost, but also incredibly good actors.
