8. The Incredible Bathing Pool Scene
The first time you watch some of the slower-paced scenes, it's hard to fully grasp how great they truly are. Brienne and Jaime in the bathing pool is easily one of the most underrated moments in the entire show, and also significant when it comes to justifying Jaime's assassination of the Mad King.
The dim light, and heat of the situation combine to create the perfect setting for a largely perfect scene. Jaime discusses exactly why he took steps to kill the King and how he was actually saving the lives of thousands for the cost of one maniac's.
It goes a long way towards changing the perception of Jaime, it strengthens his bond with Brienne and really gets the ball rolling on his tale of redemption. It's not an enormous scene going forwards, but rewatching Season 3 really highlights just how good a scene it actually is.
