10 Things You Somehow Missed In The Office

9. David Wallace's Mug

Any member of The Office's vast fandom will be familiar with Michael Scott's "World's Best Boss" coffee mug.

Brought by the regional manager as a gift to himself, the mug is an iconic Office prop - arguably on par with Michael's Dundie award or the famous teapot gifted by Jim to Pam. However, despite the the cup's notoriety, it is more than likely that vast swathes of The Office's audience may not have realized that it is not the only one of its kind featured on the show.

While it is unclear as to whether he brought the item for himself, Season Two's Valentine's Day reveals that Dunder Mifflin's CFO David Wallace also has a "World's Best Boss" mug - apparently taking a leaf out of the Scranton branch manager's book. Given the hilarious discrepancy between the pair's management styles, it seems absolutely comical that they would share the same style of coffee cup - which is probably why the appearance of Wallace's mug often goes missed by large portions of viewers.

You never know, they might even own matching bedazzled wallets. Maybe Michael bought it for him as a gift? Who is this writer to figure out the workings of the minds belonging to two titans of the Mid-Western paper industry?
