There are some pretty big Daryl and Carol fans out there, but once Daryl and Beth were left alone together for half of a season, a relationship between them was looking pretty promising. However, after the show killed Beth off, there was no chance of them ever hooking up.

It's understandable that there was never a sex scene, but there should have at least been some sort of declaration of feelings. Daryl taught Beth how to become a better fighter and Beth taught him how to relax. She drank her first alcoholic beverage with him and she lived in a house alone with him. They had so many missed opportunities. The show got rid of Beth too early, and there was a lot more they could've explored between this pair.
