10 TV Shows Just Saved From Cancellation

Brooklyn Nine-Nine was cancelled for a little over 24 hours before NBC stepped in to save the series after Fox dropped it. News of the sitcom's cancellation led to a massive outcry, and thus the Peacock taking a punt and giving it a 13-episode order for Season 6, which will land in 2019.

The show is consistently one of the funniest and just loveliest on TV, with plenty of stories to be told about these characters (especially in seeing how Jake and Amy handle being a married couple) and should dovetail nicely with another Mike Schur comedy, The Good Place, as a replacement when its 13-episode season ends. Cool cool cool.
