Providing you with a double dose of Arrowverse content, both Batwoman and Legends of Tomorrow are set to premiere on the CW on 13 October 2021.

Following a tumultuous first two seasons, it's about time that Batwoman finds its sense of identity. Series lead Ruby Rose exited the show following the end of the first season. Javicia Leslie was then cast as Batwoman replacement Ryan Wilder whilst Wallis Day joined the cast as a surgically altered Kate Kane.

The identity crisis didn't end there though, as Wallis Day left the show following the end of the second season. With Leslie's Ryan Wilder now the firm face of the show, hopefully season three will finally allow Batwoman to settle into its own rhythm.

Comic book fans, rejoice! Season three is set to have some exciting appearances. Following the season two finale, we know that we'll get to see more of Luke Fox's (Camrus Johnson) alter ego Batwing, and the washed up trophies - stolen from the Batcave - seem to suggest Penguin, Poison Ivy, and Mad Hatter may be headed to Gotham.

Meanwhile, Legends of Tomorrow returns for its seventh season. Similarly to Batwoman, Legends had a rocky start but with a few cast and tonal changes, the show has found a solid formula. We last saw the Legends stranded in Texas, circa 1925. It awaits to be seen how they'll get out of this one.
