10 TV Shows To Binge-Watch Before They Return This Fall

3. The Good Place

The Good Place
NBC

The best new network sitcom of the 2016/17 season, The Good Place is yet another roaring success from Mike Schur (The Office, Parks & Rec, Brooklyn Nine-Nine).

A high concept comedy starring Kristen Bell and Ted Danson, it sees a recently deceased woman wake up in the afterlife and sent to The Good Place, where she quickly realises she's been sent by mistake.

Bell and Danson make for an incredibly charming lead pair, and the writing is absurdly funny and razor sharp, keeping you guessing and laughing right until the very end. It's constantly surprising, humorous, and like a breath of fresh air in a very crowded marketplace.
