10 Unscripted Supernatural Moments That Were Kept In The Show

The brotherly connection between both the characters and the actors is what made fans continue to return to Supernatural. Since working on the show for so long, Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki came to know their characters very well and would always add in small things they knew the fans would notice and love, creating a deeper connection between the actors and fans alike.

Some of the best moments were the light-hearted comedy that appeared throughout the show. This is especially noticeable in the Season Twelve episode, American Nightmares, when the brothers are checking out a house from which they suspect demon activity is coming. While entering the properly, we see Dean attempt to jump a small fence, awkwardly pulling his body over it as his dramatic entrance was ruined by his lack of flexibility.

To make the scene funnier, Sam simply walks around the side of the fence, all while judging Dean in his failed attempt of trying to act cool. It is a small funny character interaction that feels like a typical sibling moment, an idea that the actors Ackles and Padalecki came up with.
