10 Walking Dead Character Deaths That Made Us Secretly Happy

8. Andrea

The Walking Dead Carl
AMC

The biggest travesty of all things Walking Dead related has to be how they depicted Andrea in the television show. In the comic book, Andrea was tough, smart, and an interesting character. She was her own person and didn't need any help when it came to killing walkers and looking after herself.

In the show, Andrea was completely different. She was annoying and made stupid and idiotic decisions. She also ended up in a strange faux romance with one of the show's biggest bad guys, the Governor, something which didn't happen in the comic and something that was very out of character.

To make things even worse, Andrea's death came a lot sooner than it did in the comics. It was like the writers just couldn't be bothered so instead of trying to redeem themselves they decided to kill her off instead. It's fine though, she wasn't worth saving and the show was better without her.
