7. Nicky Nichols - Orange Is The New Black
Why She'll Die
Nicky is simultaneously one of the best characters on Orange is the New Black, and one of the more easily disposable among the bigger characters.
She's a fan-favourite, and hilarious, but also not a part of the major storylines, especially with the last couple of years ostracising her to a degree. Add in her well documented drug problems, and the tragedy that has always followed the character, and her death would be a heartbreaking one for Season 5 - it would mean something, it'd impact a lot of characters (in particular Morello and Red), devastate fans, but wouldn't alter the bigger picture stuff.
How It'll Happen
Drugs, of course. Her addiction has always been a major point of the character, and sadly it'll probably be the way she bows out of the show as well. As nice as it'd be to see her get clean and stay that way, I can't see it happening on a show as tragic as OITNB. Instead, she'll likely get clean for a bit, before something or someone forces her back into it - and this time it'll be fatal.
