20. Caleb
Much like last season, Caleb was there to play the
role of Tony's devoted boyfriend and, in that respect, he was exactly what he needed to be. However,
also like last season, it just felt like there was nothing there below
the surface.
He trusted Tony, shared a number of genuinely sweet moments with him and, when the plot required him to, made him doubt his friendship with Clay (did we really have to go there again?). But as we've seen all of that already, it just felt like he hadn't progressed much in terms of, well, anything really.
Caleb is relatively involved in the central storyline and yet it never actually feels like it. Perhaps next season we could get to know a little more about him as a character?
