13 Small Details You Only Notice Rewatching The Office

7. John Krasinski And Jim Halpret

A couple of similar name-related details here, although it's unclear if either of them were deliberate jokes.

In launch party, Jim (played by John Krasinski) signs Meredith's cast, but not as his character's name. Instead, if you rewatch, you can make out that he actually signs it as John Krasinski - the length alone makes it clear, and when you pause you can see it's a K, but he also dots two i's.

Then, when Jim and Pam are getting married, there's a typo on the sign, which advertises the Beesly-Halpret wedding, rather than Beesly-Halpert. A typo or a joke? Knowing the writers of the show, it'd be more surprising if it was the former.
