7. "Her Royal Majesty" - British Ambassador Lord Marbury Incorrectly Refers To Queen Elizabeth II
When a Brit refers to their monarch - in this case Queen Elizabeth II - then they should always call them "Her (or His if male) Majesty", and this alone. Yet, in "Dead Irish Writers" (Season 3, Episode 16), the British Ambassador Lord John Marbury greets First Lady Abigail Bartlet and says he passes on wishes from "Her Royal Majesty". An official representative of the British government would never address the monarch as such, and Lord Marbury - as a member of the elite - would certainly not make such a mistake.
