What a character was Rachel Lester: with a massive ego, serious attitude problem, and absolutely no talent, she was the perfect storm for a disastrous audition- and she did not disappoint. From the moment she entered the room, the audition was a calamity. Rachel's cockiness immediately put off the judges and her version of Sheena Easton's "Sugar Walls" left them less than impressed. The singing was bad enough, but it's her profanity-laden tirade after being turned down by the panel that will live in infamy as one of the most repulsive and shameful moments from any audition on the show. Sharon was spot-on when she said, Very bad, ugly. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w7vgm-JoeyQ
3. Michael Lewis
While Michael's heart might have been in the right place, his attitude certainly wasn't. He preached love, passion, and positivity, but when his performance, which was more of a mediocre Michael Jackson tribute act than anything else, did not go over well with the judges, Michael had a total meltdown. He obstinately refused to leave the stage, asking "Where's the love?" and repeatedly chastised the audience for their "negativity." Though he was eventually convinced to back down, his audition will forever be one of the most alarming and uncomfortable in X Factor history. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YuLYyHKwcNg
