13. The TARDIS Materialised On Red Dwarf

Doctor Who veterans Peter Wragg and Mike Tucker were part of the Red Dwarf production crew and liked a joke. So much so that they hid the TARDIS on Red Dwarf. Sneaky, very sneaky. It was cut from the original series three episode but did feature in Demons and Angels during series five, although it's unlikely anyone watching back then on a traditional CRT telly would have noticed the Time Lord's little blue box hidden amongst the cargo bay shadows, along with the original blue Starbug. Today, thanks to the magic of DVDs and a pause button that doesn't make the screen judder, it's right there. The internet is full of fan theories about how this might have happened in either show's universe and maybe this will inspire a Red Dwarf/Doctor Who crossover episode for Comic Relief. Let's hope not.
