6. Who Is Prometheus? - Arrow
The new big bad of Arrow is going to be one very much connected to the past.
The theme of the year is 'legacy', and to that end Prometheus (who isn't connected to the comics villain of the same name) will be a character who ties into the events of Season 1, when Oliver was still a kill-happy vigilante.
No actor has been announced for the role, and combined with the mask it means there's a deliberate attempt to keep him mysterious. All we really know is that he's a skilled archer who lost someone he loved to the Hood, and has trained for years in order to be able to defeat him. One fan theory suggests it could be Tommy Merlyn, which is pretty out there, but with Flashpoint a thing and resurrections happening on the show before, it could happen (whether it should or not is a different matter). Even if it's a new character, it's likely he'll be connected to somebody we've already met, surely?
