Gazza is obviously experiencing a very turbulent time at the moment and, in his current state of mental and physical health, should obviously not be considered for a role on Celebrity Big Brother. However, if he can finally overcome his personal demons and alcohol issues, he would make for a brilliant housemate. The former footballer has bags of personality and his stories about the capers of him and his friends are legendary. Gazza yearns for the spotlight - it's the fact that he is no longer in it which has driven him to alcoholism - and he is short of cash, so he'd love to be on television again and the hefty fee he'd receive for participating would also be welcomed with open arms.
