1. A Whole New World - Westworld

Westworld Season 2 is expected to arrive on HBO in the spring (an April air date seems almost certain), and it'll pick up with the robot revolution with the likes of Dolores and the Man in Black. There are a number of tantalising irons in the fire, but the most exciting is the show actually moving beyond its title.

We had a hint last year of another park, Samurai World, and it looks nailed on that Season 2 will be exploring at least one of these new areas, and perhaps even a few of them. The Western setting is great and where the show should keep a number of main threads, but taking the scope past that and entering into an avenue of almost limitless potential - the worlds could have almost any theme imaginable, really - is going to be a thrilling moment that helps solidify the show's future and its status as a true heavyweight.
