The season seven episode of Buffy The Vampire Slayer, "Him", introduced R.J. - a student who wore an enchanted jacket handed down to him by his brother which made girls fall at his feet. Season four of Angel saw the introduction of the big bad "Jasmine", whose main power was to make anyone who looked at her worship her. You know you wanted at least one of these powers!
