The series second episode saw one of the first bizarrely humorous moments of a very serious situation that would become one of trademarks of the shows particular brand of entertainment. When Walter asks Jesse to dispose of the body of Jesses former partner from the Pilot episode Emilio, he gives Jesse specific instructions to use hydrofluoric acid and a plastic tub. The rebellious and lazy Jesse disobeys Walt and uses the acid to literally dissolve the dead body of Emilio in his own bathtub leading to the acid burning a hole through the base and the floor below, spilling Emilios dismembered organs all over the floor in front of them.
[...] you see hydrofluoric acid won't eat through plastic. It will however dissolve metal, rock, glass ceramic. So theres that. Walter.
