Once again referencing an 80's movie, this time Inner Space, Stewie miniaturises himself into a spaceship to destroy his sperm. Before that though, we see some great comedy as Peter delivers Lois' sister Carol's baby, after Dr. Hartman hilariously injects himself with used needles. There's not too much of a subplot in this one, just Quagmire babysitting Chris and Meg for a few funny moments, but it's simply hilarious to see Peter's behaviour during the delivery, and then Stewie's attempts to stop Peter and Lois having sex, the best of which being a Peter-shaped robot that Stewie uses to insult Lois and then falls out the window in front of Cleveland. There's also the introduction of Stewie's brother and adversary, Bertram, who proves to be an equal match for the little hellraiser, and has a great battle with him inside Peter.
