20 Best South Park Episodes Ever
2. With Apologies To Jesse Jackson (Season 11, Episode 1)
This episode would be legendary even if everything after the first two minutes were terrible, because Randy Marsh dropping the "n-bomb" on an episode of Wheel of Fortune is as hilarious as it is cringe-worthy.
More than just a cheap excuse to generate outrage, though, the episode engages with society's attitude towards the word, the contexts it can be used in, and the uprise of political correctness in general.
Perhaps most poetically brilliant of all is that, despite having 43 uses of the word "n***er" in the episode, there wasn't an uproar from black advocacy groups, with many even commending the episode for tackling a difficult subject. Appearances from famous "racists" Michael Richards and Mark Furhman further seal this as an all-timer.
Best Moment: It never really gets funnier or more shocking than that opening Wheel of Fortune skit.
