20 DC Characters Who Could Yet Appear In Arrow And The Flash

2. Talia Al Ghul

Superman Harley Quinn
DC Comics

With Nyssa al Ghul debuting in Season 2 of Arrow and father Ra’s following suit in the show’s current third season, the introduction of Talia al Ghul is an easy one to do should The CW complete the family portrait.

It looks that Oliver Queen is at a point in time where he has no other choice but to take Ra’s al Ghul’s place as the head of the League of Assassins, much to the chagrin of Nyssa. What better way to move this arc forward than have Talia appear in Season 3 to take the League as her own and with an al Ghul leading the way?

Of course, the show-runners could decide that viewers have already had too much of the al Ghuls and League of Assassins already over its run and Season 4 could go in a very different direction.

Still, the prospect of Talia al Ghul stepping out of the shadows is a mighty exciting one.
