Jeff Winger has a tendency to overrate his attractiveness to the point of insanity. Unfortunately the Dean is an enabler, and reminds Jeff how good looking he is on a nearly constant basis. Even when he's angry at Jeff, the Dean still finds a way to creepily inflate his ego through light touching, groping, suggestive dialogue, and flat-out hitting on Greendale's finest underachiever.
None of these moments though trump the moment when Jeffs ego was so inflamed it gave him a machismo that left most ladies (along with the Dean) incapacitated by the power of his attractiveness. Jeff's abs + aviators = a dangerously sexy combination.
